9J Research: Post Purchase Update This was a new home for its homeowner but it needed a little love. The seller really should have called us, but they didn't. Good for the new owner as she was able to pick out new paint colors, bathroom textures, and fixtures, and get a new first floor. For this client, we painted every room wall and ceiling, redid the first floor hardwood including patching in new flooring in the foyer, removed some past smells along with a complete bathroom remodel. The remodel included new porcelain floor tiles, Turkish rustic tile trim and tub front, new vanity, medicine cabinet, light fixture, shower and sink faucets, shower niche added, new smooth ceiling and room heating unit. A complete refresh for a new start in a new home.

My house needed a lot of work before I moved in. I needed someone with experience, knowledge, and a good sense of style, to take care of the many different aspects of the entire renovation process. David fulfilled all those requirements. He managed everything - bathroom renovation, painting all the rooms, refinishing the hardwood floor - and made sure all the jobs were done properly, and all details were taken care of. My bathroom needed a total renovation. New sink, new vanity, new toilet, new medicine cabinet, new tiles on the floor and around the tub. The result is beautiful. The refinished floor looks great, like new, and it was in bad shape before. The paint job throughout the house was very nicely done. You can tell professionals did it. (I was thinking of doing some of it myself. Glad I didn't!) During the whole process, David was great to work with. He was a font of practical information, ideas, and suggestions. Very importantly, he wanted to make sure that my own style was expressed, and did extensive research to find the best options that suited my preferences. All the work, products, fixtures were of high quality. Things went smoothly and relatively stress-free. I am very appreciative to David for making my renovation experience a big success
