The Home Evaluation is an economical solution to your home staging and sells preparation needs.   We come to your home and walk through it as any potential buyer would, with no door, drawer or backyard missed.  We will then spend time with you addressing all areas of transformation to make your home more desirable to potential buyers.   This plan of action helps you feature your home in its very best light.  Areas to be addressed are curb appeal, de-cluttering, de-personalizing, correct furniture arrangement, lighting and accessory placement, as well as ensuring there is a defined purpose for each room and that it coincides with the demographics of your potential buyer.  We do this by walking you through your own home reviewing what we would do if this was our property to sell.   With this honest evaluation, you will have all the knowledge on what makes your home a winning sales property.    After 60-90 minutes we then leave you a little home prep basket to get you started.
