Our client needed a new 1/2 bathroom added to the first floor to address mobility concerns. Like most clients, they had ideas and plans for what would be the best place for this new bath along with some other storage and usage issues. Our job is to listen to their needs, access their plans, and then come up with the best plan for the space to exceed their needs. We determined the best way to address using the spaces they had to address their needs was to use an underused mud and storage room and turn it into a new accessible 1/2 bathroom and laundry room. The client was very happy with the plan and the end result exceeded their expectations. That is what we strive for every time.
