2J Northway is a neighbor of ours. After the loss of its owner, the family contracted Be Smart Homes to refresh and prep the house to go on the market. Our task was to refresh this 80-year-old home, to highlight the architectural beauty while downplaying the 80 years of life. With just 3 weeks and budget correctly laid out for getting the house on the market rebuilding/replacing was not in the cards. So we replanted the front garden and lawn, highlight the beautiful plants that were already there, painted the vestibule to highlight the doorway, and cleaned and painted everything inside. Some nice details we also did was all new lighting, matching electrical outlets, brass kitchen pulls, and new door handles. The work paid off as the asking price was increased by 5% which was a 66% return on the families investment with Be Smart Homes. Lastly, the house sold in the first week on the market.
