The owner of this GHI home in Greenbelt, inherited a house that had not been maintained in over 30 years. This poor home was in such a poor state that the coop board insisted it be fixed before she took full ownership of this house. It was that rough. She had a vision of doing a pure black-and-white kitchen bathroom and laundry, so we did that. Complete with black polished granite flooring, basalt mosaic shower pan, and unique 13x39 glossy white tiles. We also replaced her upstairs doors with refreshed solid core 2-panel doors resembling the original doors that were now missing.
