After raising their family in their Greenbelt home, they were looking toward the future for their next chapter. Not knowing exactly what the future had planned, they wanted options. So we had our realtor partners to do a home appraisal and from there we made a plan. We reimaging 3 rooms for them, the main bathroom, powder room and catch-all basement. Now they can happily spend many more years, in this home or get top dollar when its time for the next chapter.
