And he also gave us his own professional advice of how to make the most of our 2-bedroom townhouse. We went through three rounds of design drawings with David, and at each step we appreciated both his creativity and flexibility in providing options and in advising us on designs and costs that made the most sense.

As the project moved from design to demolition to remodeling, David was a terrific project manager, arranging the purchase of materials, the scheduling and mobilization of contractors, and a strict eye to the quality of the workmanship. To top it off, all of this work was done while we were living overseas.  Yet we never felt out of touch as he was responsive at all times and made the thousands of miles that separated us seem like nothing.
