The owner of this GHI home in Greenbelt, inherited a house that had not been maintained in over 30 years. This poor bathroom was in such a poor state that the coop board insisted it is fixed prior to her taking full ownership of this house. It was rough. She had a vision of doing a pure black-and-white bathroom so that is what we did. Complete with black polished granite flooring, basalt mosaic shower pan, and unique 13x39 glossy white tiles. We also replace her upstairs doors with refreshed solid core 2-panel doors resembling the original doors that were now missing.
